Arabic		مَّن يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللَّهَ وَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظً
Transliteration		Man yutiAAi alrrasoola faqad ataAAa Allaha waman tawalla fama arsalnaka AAalayhim hafeethan
Transliteration-2		man yuṭiʿi l-rasūla faqad aṭāʿa l-laha waman tawallā famā arsalnāka ʿalayhim ḥafīẓa

Muhammad Asad		Whoever pays heed unto the Apostle pays heed unto God thereby; and as for those who turn away - We have not sent thee to be their keeper
